All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Any applicable fees will be clearly shown before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available), so you can follow your delivery.
5. Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, or high demand periods. Fossiled Fueled is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. International Orders
For international shipments, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
